Passionate about the hotel industry and with extensive experience in the sector he offers a global advisory service aimed at hotel owners, promoters, operators and investors. David has contributed towards and within the framework of ambitious visions and strategies for hotels, resorts, hostels and aparthotels to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels. At the same time, David was a university teacher in prestigious Business Schools and Universities in Spain and has also held the position of International Tourism Consultant for UN-Habitat. During his 15 years career, he has advised leading hotel brands, operators, investors and lenders in major global markets. Experience includes advising on hotel strategy, hotel operations, application of new technologies, business planning, investment appraisal, market reviews, financial and commercial due diligence, valuation, financial assurance, control improvements and risk management.
