With over 17 years of experience managing personal injury and complex litigated claims, I now contribute to SAFA's insurance function as Principal Claims Officer, supporting the Claims Manager in overseeing large and sensitive claims for the Government of South Australia. Skilled in managing complex investigations, liability determination and directing effective recovery actions , I also provide technical guidance and mentoring to the SAFA Claims Team. I continue to hold a strong interest in fraud detection and prevention, as well as claims analytics and reporting, ensuring claims integrity and efficiency. Noteworthy achievements include developing a recoveries data warehouse and leading a cost-saving project to bring in-house operations. I am always eager to embrace new challenges and contribute to continuous improvement.
