Life is not a linear journey, and I have walked my own path from studies in architecture and civil engineering, working with startups, entrepreneur and project manager within the traffic data and traffic planning field, and now back into architecture. With my diverse working experience, masters in architecture and civil engineering, my focus is now on bringing that together into the field of architecture as an architect. However, my believe is that the greatest results are achieved in multidisciplinary teams where we all participate as humans trying to bring all our experiences to the table, not boxing in or limiting ourselves or other team-members based on academic titles or pre-assumptions. My working motto has been and are still: - Stay open-minded and curious. - Think long-term and build relations on trust not short-term profits. - Be open with problems and mistakes so we can learn together. - Always aim for exceeding expectations.
