Guided projects through the FEMA permitting process. • Directed the design of stormwater management facilities to control post-construction stormwater quality and quantity. • Supervised the development & implementation of sediment and erosion control plans that serve as guidelines to contractors to re-vegetate soils that construction activities have occurred on.• Tracked permitting submittals & approvals through review agencies such as the Ohio EPA, FEMA, Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), the ACOE, and local jurisdictions.• Trained personnel in various categories, including drainage design, grading design, permitting requirements, project scheduling, and client management.• Represented Clients’ projects at various public meetings, including meetings with Planning Commissions, County Commissioners, City Councils & Township Trustees.

• Responsible for managing the due diligence & entitlements process for disposition and acquisition of existing buildings and development sites in the Greater Cincinnati Area for Duke Realty Corporation. Oversaw the disposition and acquisition of over 30 properties. • Working with in-house legal counsel, drafted & reviewed land purchase agreements, easements, & covenants & restrictions pertaining to Duke’s existing & potential land holdings. • Responsible for understanding and evaluating site related issues including zoning, FEMA designated floodplains and floodways, soil reports, environmental assessments, and boundary and topographical surveys. • Generated layouts of proposed developments based upon jurisdiction considerations, regulations, constructability, and market parameters. Master planned over 1600 acres of land. • Created construction cost estimates for the potential developments. Utilizing potential rental rates, anticipated construction costs, and infrastructure construction cost estimates, assisted the Business Unit Head in analyzing the financial feasibility of the potential development. • Working with consultants, contractors, and property managers, developed and implemented environmental remediation plans for wetland & stream impacts. Acquired 401/404 permits for work.• Developed & tracked overall project schedules and budgets. • Presented development plans to various organizations concerned with development, including representatives from the ACOE, Ohio EPA, Kentucky Department of Water, ODOD, ODOT, KTC, county commissioners, township trustees, and city councils.
