Following the acquisition of Twistage by Lexmark, I was tasked with leading the company’s move to offer cloud-based, SaaS software and incorporate rich media into the product suite.• Directed the activities of ~35 people (20 via direct line and roughly 15 via dotted line) in building Lexmark’s Evolution Platform and associated cloud products.• Worked with C-Suite to develop go-to-market strategy, compensation structure and plan for cloud-based SaaS products.• As company’s leading expert on Cloud and Rich Media software, provided updates to Lexmark Board of Directors, ran point on analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester, etc.), and engaged high-value prospects and customers.• Met or exceeded all financial and product-related benchmarks established by CEO and CTO.
