• Property manager for Lindon Business Park, a 60,000 SF Industrial development.• Assisted the developer in a 85,000 SF expansion of Lindon Business Park.• Compiled a development proposal for Alamo Business Park, a $3.9MM 40,000 SF industrial development which was accepted and funded by myself, private investors and Wells Fargo.• Completed a market research study, analyzed comparable lease rates and valuations for comparable properties.• Worked to successfully negotiate long term leases for 7 of the 8 spaces. Used cold calling, canvassing, mail, internet, print advertising and broker networking as marketing methods.• Acted as the general contractor to build to suit office space for each tenant.
