I am a "C" level executive with extensive experience in multi-generational family owned businesses. My passion is to partner with family owned businesses to help them move forward in terms of people, process and profitability. My expertise is turning great ideas into actionable plans that deliver results.I have had significant experience in driving operational results, improving processes, driving accountability, challenging team members to improve themselves as well as the traditional capital raising and financial areas that result in corporate growth and increased cash flow. I'm truly passionate about my work and enjoy collaborating with others to discover the solutions that drive business forward. The reward is seeing the results. I lead efforts with banking relationships, all other lenders, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting, capital budgeting and internal controls.
