I have a multi-faceted practice at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin where I am a partner in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group as well as the firm’s Litigation Practice, and my clients are involved in a wide range of business transactions where I involve my other partners, counsels, and associates.For almost 40 years, I have been involved in numerous bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings, and matters involving asset protection, and I litigate business disputes in both state and federal courts.I also advise and assist business owners throughout the corporate life cycle, from formation to dissolution. My primary passions now in life, aside from family, are exercising, especially biking and open water swimming along with a new found love for Pilates, and networking on my rooftop with new friends. I have also taken up gardening and landscape design, since the pandemic, and I boast that my building on the Upper West Side has the nicest gardens of any building in New York City.
