CurrentAs the Leader of the People Data Platform, I drive the end-to-end product strategy for our central hub of talent and organizational insights. My role unifies enterprise Human Resources data to enable smart people analytics and strategy. I lead a team of 20+ product managers and data analysts, in concert with 50+ engineers, to drive our broad product vision.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Vision: Strategic visionary who can set strategic direction by establishing clear priorities and relevant goals.Collaboration: Leading cross-functional teams to deliver real-time analytics, and insights.Advanced Analytics: Incorporating Generative AI and Machine Learning into our data strategy.Domain Knowledge: Big Data Processing & Distribution (Data Ingestion, Data Warehousing, Data Orchestration), Extract, Transform & Load (ETL), People Data Platforms (PDP), Data Products and SaaS expertise.Strategic Impact:I am aligning the People Data Platform with Capital One’s HR strategy to enhance decision-making and employee experiences.I am integrating Generative AI and Machine Learning for deeper insights and predictive analytics.Championing data-driven, high-quality data products for internal customers.Balancing bold, high-upside bets with data-driven “test and learn” methodologies.Leading internal communications with the Executive Leadership Team to update on progress and evangelize the team’s work.A talent magnet who coaches, empowers, hires, and retains top talent. Identifying roadblocks and working with stakeholders to resolve them.Driving trends and changes in design, technology, business, and regulatory landscapes.Conducting organizational planning with insights from leadership and partnering teams to inform decisions.Developing short-, mid-, and long-term key results with teams and senior leaders to achieve objectives.Implementing and driving the adoption of best practices within the product and leadership community.
