Interfaced with business clients to gather requirements and user specifications for software development and customization for projects budgeted up to $10 million.Position Activities- Assist sales team, serving as technical expert on demo setup, sales presentations and sales training- Conduct thorough business flow analysis to map process and procedures for technical development team to customize applications and to create documentation. - Collaborate with upper management, development and engineering staff, and sales to ensure systems requirements are flowed down and documented.- Coordinate data transfer serving as liaison with internal back office systems team and clients.- Work closely with customers to identify and gather technical information including inventories list, technical requirements and passwords for system data input.- Manage testing environment, serving as a liaison to developers, production, marketing, client team, and executive management to manage changes, track team production milestones and chart team progress.- Prepare in-depth user documents for specifications, product support knowledge, training and troubleshooting.- Facilitate training for internal support teams; facilitate onsite and web based client training.- Participate in the recruitment of technical staff including interviewing and screening.- Assist in the rollout and implementation of systems including installing hardware and setting up networks.
