I am a lifelong Louisville resident, and have been an entrepreneur most of my adult life, building and leading organizations in Manufacturing, Technology, and Insurance sectors. Watson Group LLC, is a culmination of a lot of learned experiences with a simple mission of "Connecting People. Securing Futures." We are proudly a local, family owned business with my wife, Jennifer and son, Blake being partners in the company. We started out initially in the Health, Life & Medicare space in May of 2021 bringing on three sales associates. In January of 2022, we purchased two established P&C companies with clients in Kentucky and Indiana, and Watson Group became a full-service brokerage, now with six associates. Watson Group is now licensed and writing business in KY, IN, TN and GA. In May of 2022, we also began a collaborative partnership with Morgan Stanley that allowed us to grow our resources to bring more value to our clients and theirs. In January of 2023, we completed our third acquisition, adding Administrative Information Management Inc. (AIM Inc.) to our family of companies as a subsidiary of Watson Group. AIM Inc., is a Third Party Administrative company, founded in 1989 with clients in Kentucky, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois. We now have twelve associates. In June of 2023 we launched Watson Group Consulting LLC, working with Self-Funded organizations reducing their RX cost on average by $960 per employee per year. We are now working with Self-Funded groups (500 to 50,000+ life groups) across the country to help them reign in the skyrocketing cost of pharmacy. In January of 2024 we opened Watson Group Health and Life LLC, our first satellite office in Elizabethtown, KY. We have 7 agents working out of this office bringing employee benefits, home & auto and commercial coverages to this fast growing region. Our story is really just starting, but we continue to grow and these are exciting times filled with growth opportunities and we are looking at more acquisition opportunities. We continue to grow and are wanting to attract Insurance Sales Professionals to join our Watson Group team and help us to live our mission of "Connecting People.
