I’m a technical and operations leader with 25+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing. I have worked in a variety of industries including custom switchgear, food, plastics, and aluminum manufacturing and led organizations in manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, engineering, and project management.My current position is with Russelectric, A Siemens Business as a Business Excellence Consultant. In this role, I helped an interim leadership team by developing scheduling, forecasting and financial reporting tools utilized during the purchase of Russelectric by Siemens. I then was the product owner for Russelectric in their migration to SAP, working with a corporate Agile implementation team to identify and migrate data from the legacy Avante ERP system and then deploying SAP and training the organization. I continue to support and enhance the deployment of SAP throughout Russelectric.Prior to that I was Director of Operations at the Intelligent Switchgear Organization, a joint venture between Eaton and Caterpillar, manufacturing custom engineered generator switchgear and control solutions. I put organization and systems in place to support growth from $9M to $90M in 7 years and drove process and efficiencies to increase revenue per employee from $280K to $350K.I’m known for my hands-on, analytical, and data driven approach. It comes from my background in control system engineering. What started with PLCs and HMIs moved into spreadsheets, ERP systems, and processes to improve operations. Creating and using tools to better manage the people and the business are my forte.
