Served as lead planner on statewide airport economic impact studies and economics-related, non-aviation technical analyses for state departments of transportation, airport sponsors, and other government-related clients. Supported preparation of airport system plans and airport master plans. Responsible for research; data collection, management, and forecasting; fieldwork; economic modeling; quantitative and qualitative analysis; client and sub-consultant coordination; technical report and executive summary preparation; quality assurance; and project scope, schedule, and budget adherence.Key Accomplishments:* Completed two statewide airport economic impact studies for the Florida DOT (2010 and 2014). These studies estimated the economic impacts of more than 110 public-use airports in Florida. The studies considered the economic impacts generated by airport management, airport tenants, commercial service and general aviation visitors, aviation maintenance and manufacturing, air cargo, military aviation, aviation education, and FAA involvement in the state.* Prepared an economic impact study for San Diego International Airport (SAN) in 2013. This project quantified the economic impacts associated with on-airport businesses and government organizations, visitors who arrive via commercial airlines and general aviation aircraft, and off-airport parking and air cargo facilities in the vicinity of SAN. The study also highlighted the economic impact associated with the airport's $1.0 billion Green Build, the largest capital improvement project in the airport's history.* Conducted a benefit-cost analysis for the Oklahoma DOT's U.S. Highway 69/75 grant application in the U.S. DOT's Fostering Advancements in Shipping and Transportation for the Long-term Achievement of National Efficiencies (FASTLANE) program in 2016. The application resulted in a $62 million federal grant award in July 2016, one of only 18 projects selected out of more than 200 submissions nationwide.

Responsible for implementation of the CRAA's Noise Compatibility Program (NCP). This involved operating the aircraft noise and flight track monitoring system, researching and responding to aircraft noise complaints, FAA and DoD ATCT coordination, training and supervising interns assisting with noise complaint responses, and managing various NCP projects, including the Residential Sound Insulation Program at John Glenn Columbus International Airport. Also responsible for coordinating CRAA NEPA compliance and airport planning studies, including an ALP update; fuel farm, ATCT, and aircraft run-up barrier site selection studies; and an airport economic impact study.
