I'm an entrepreneur and business leader who loves helping Christian business leaders grow great businesses for a greater purpose. As the co-founder of a digital marketing agency, my partner and I wrote a book on engaging adults in the second half of life using digital media and human behavior.During my time as President and CEO of Immersion Active, I discovered C12 while searching for a board of advisors to challenge my thinking and keep me accountable. With no C12 forums in Maryland, I drove to Philadelphia for three years and later participated in Maryland for another four years. This experience helped me grow in my business acumen and close the gap between my faith and work life.After 18 years and driving $1.5 billion in sales for our clients, my partner and I sold our business to Home Instead Senior Care, a leader in in-home care for seniors. At Home Instead, I led the innovation team, working across 14 countries to develop new products, processes, and business models. One of our projects became Home Instead's top strategic initiative, bringing technology to the forefront and driving digital transformation.In my post-corporate life, I have the honor of working with faith-driven business leaders in Maryland as they pursue God’s best for their lives and leadership. In September 2024, I launched the Kingdom Culture Field Guide to help Christian CEOs and business leaders activate their business as a ministry.I was born in Media, PA, but Frederick, Maryland is where I call home. I've been married to my wife for 28 years, and we have two grown kids: one is a naval aviator married to a wonderful educator focused on gifted learning, and the other is a scriptwriter who refuses to credit her dad for her sense of humor.
