Select Key Priorities:● Champion the vision for optimized vendor relationships by leading the seamless enhancement and consolidation of key vendors supporting the CRM system and its integrations.● Established a Data Analytics function within IT, enabling the business to make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.● Executive Risk Advisor to ensure IT risk management, ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards, and enhance the company's cybersecurity posture to protect sensitive data.● Direct team and engage with executive stakeholders in key IT infrastructure projects, including the rollout of a revised and enhanced Policy Administration System, Contact Center Replacement, and Remote Printing, to significantly increase operational enhancements and cost savings for the company.● Implement cost-effective technology solutions to help the organization embrace digital tools and improve efficiency through digital transformation.
