• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of crane operation on the filtration building site, safely operating various cranes including a Mach 25-Tonne Franna to pin steel, completing and erecting modules and undertaking pipework and general lifts around site• Ensuring all daily operational KPI targets are being met safely, environmentally compliant, efficiently and within the specified project timeframes• Facilitating daily pre-start meetings with the work crew ensuring all relevant safety and traffic information is relayed• Loading and unloading trucks, performing stocktake, putting away supplies, stock rotation, storing all stock safely, receiving, labelling and storing of all incoming goods• Perform daily vehicle prestart inspections reporting any maintenance issues immediately and tagging out the unsafe machine, erecting barricading around the work areas, including attaching detailed information tags• Adjusting driving to suit extreme weather conditions• Maintaining strict compliance with company and site OH&S policies and procedures including pre-start activities, SWMS’s, Take 5’s, hazard identification and reporting and promoting a safe working environment that is incident and injury-free

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of crane operation on the filtration building site, safely operating various cranes including, Manitowoc M16000, 400-Tonne Crawler Crane, Tadano GR-800EX-80-Tonne Rough Terrain, Tadano GR-700EX-70-Tonne Rough Terrain and a Mach 25-Tonne Franna to pin steel, completing and erecting modules and undertaking pipework and general lifts around site• Providing leadership and technical guidance to other team members and apprentices, including the correct usage of basic hand tools, dogging, rigging techniques and crane driving • Liaising with all key stakeholders, including teams of crane drivers, carpenters, riggers, scaffolders, supervisors and construction site managers, to ensure projects comply with safety standards whilst ensuring consistent and quality standards as per KPI objectives• Relaying all safety and project information to the work groups at daily pre-start and monthly Toolbox meetings • Ensuring effective two-way radio communication when overseeing the planning of large and specialised crane lifts and rigging operations• Undertake detailed pre-start inspections of all mobile plant and equipment prior to operating and tagging out and reporting if unsuitable for operation• Complying with all safety requirements, including setting up exclusion zones with information tags, tagging of all equipment, wearing the correct P.P.E including safety harnesses, operating as per permits to work, JHA’s, SOP’s, isolations and conducting risk assessments prior to commencing work

• Responsible for operating 950 Caterpillar Loaders, 988 Caterpillar Loaders, HC Water Trucks, HR Water Trucks, Fuzo, Mercedes Benz and Isuzu Tilt Trays and various 4WD LVs conducting civil construction and road works throughout the Pilbara at various sites, including FMGs Cloudbreak• Transporting water safely, operating HC Water Trucks, HR Water Trucks controlling water flow accurately• Assisting with the operation, spotting and escorting of oversize Volvo Scania and Kenworth Trucks onto the mine site, using effective two-way radio communication and spotting for mobile plant and equipment• Transporting product and waste to designated ROM and stockpiles operating Volvo A30G Moxy’ Dump Trucks, ensuring loads are placed in correct dump locations• Safely operating a variety of 4-25 Tonne Forklifts, Reach Stackers and Walkie Stackers to load and unload trucks with ugly freight and materials for delivery • Liaising with a team of trade professionals, engineers and construction site managers to complete works as per daily logistics meetings, ensure projects comply with safety standards, the scope of work and are completed within specific timeframes as per KPI and project objectives • Worked 12+ hour shifts on both days and nights as well as overtime, weekends and public holidays, following appropriate fatigue management plans• Undertake detailed pre-start inspections of all mobile plant and equipment prior to operating and tagging out and reporting if unsuitable for operation• Adhere to all site and company OH&S procedures including barricading of the work area, performing detailed pre-starts of all mobile plant and equipment, operating as per isolations, permits to work, JHA’s and SOP’s and performing inspections of the workplace for hazards
