Oversee all Florida IS/IT projects. Responsible for training, development, work assignments, and fostering growth of the business. Work with other management staff to oversee general operations, facility management, business initiatives, and cost savings.Perform assessment reviews of various business areas processes and work with management and users to re-engineer business processes and systems to streamline information, increase productivity and reduce overhead costs. Identify ways to provide better and faster solutions to business issues/challenges and to improve business processes.Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory for the Orlando Division. Supervise and direct the Inventory Control Specialist and Cycle count teams.
