Responsible for overall P&L for the conference product. Executive Committee member, and reported directly to ownership. I had direct oversight of the sales team, and increased sales by 105% in only two years. We increased incremental revenue by adding new turnkey, guided activities and by bundling packages. Occupancy, rate and rev par all increased during my tenure. I produced the new website, and managed all B2B marketing for Pali, including, SEO, Email (HubSpot) and PPC. Besides sales, the assistant F&B Director and the assistant Event Services director also reported directly to me. Our social media reviews and scores increased dramatically over the same period.With more than $17M is annual revenue, Pali operated year-round as a premier mountain conference center, an award-winning Outdoor Education program for students and Southern California's best summer camp.

Space and revenue management of 1 million sq ft at The Los Angeles Convention Center. Special Projects included: LA's new Tourism Marketing District (TMD) also known as Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID). Increased LATCB's Marketing Budget by $12M; Steering Committee member and project lead for LA Tourism's three-year strategic plan. The plan was facilitated by The Coraggio Group who also facilitated the tourism plans for Orlando and San Francisco; and Chairman, Destination Marketing Association International (DMAI) Sales and Marketing Committee for Social Media, representing over 25 destinations.
