2018-2019Managed concurrent remodel of four Elementary Schools for the Arlington ISD bond program, including coordination of asbestos removal with a District controlled Subcontractor. Scope of Work included removal of all HVAC systems, lighting, flooring, and ceilings.2019-2020Stepped-in to lead onsite work as the Superintendent while still handling some Project Manager duties at Lewisville ISD during a Fine Arts Addition/Renovation project at Arbor Creek Middle School. 2020-2021Led management team on a group of projects for City of Garland. These included the renovation of the Gale Fields Recreational Facility, the ground-up construction of a new Police Property & Evidence Building, and the renovation of the Garland Senior Activity Center.

Managed a $16.9M Lakeview Centennial High School renovation and addition project for Garland ISD in Garland, Texas. This included overseeing construction schedules, tracking changes, and processing Payment Applications. Previous tasks included RFI review, tracking material delivery, updating and reviewing remaining submittals for the $15.4M Dallas ISD Solar Prep STEAM School for Girls addition project and the $4.5M Arlington Park Early Childhood Center new construction project in Dallas, Texas. Additional duties included attending Pre-Bid meetings in order to review jobsites and client processes to strategically implement successful bids for growth and sustainability for our Company.Previously assisted with the $4.9M Multi-Purpose Facility addition and renovation project for Gainesville ISD in Gainesville, Texas; $15.4M Elementary School replacement project for Birdville ISD in Haltom City, Texas; a $26.2M Junior High School and Stadium renovation and new school building for Alvarado ISD in Alvarado, Texas.
