Opened AAA Landscape (Phoenix based) San Antonio office in 2011. Full service Commercial Landscape, Irrigation, and Maintenance Contractor. Worked with Military (Ft. Sam, Ft. Hood, Ft Bliss), Urban, Land Development, Multi and Single Family Home Builders, HOA and other related trade work. Developed Business Plan for Branch. Met and exceeded all contract award and revenue goals for Texas while saving more than 30% on anticipated start up costs through 2012.

Managed Arizona Branch with over 450 employees at peak. Wrote and executed annual Business Plan including Sales and Marketing Plan, approved bids, signed contracts and checks, resolved employee issues, created and managed customer relationships and sales, developed 5 member Executive Management Team (EMT) for day to day operations of the Branch.• Maintained full accountability for monthly P&L results.• Achieved record revenues - with the highest ROS. • Earned Branch of the Year.• Expanded client base and revenue sources, capturing market share.

Specialized in pay phone needs such as operator services, trouble reporting, pre-paid calling.•Pioneered the use of pre-paid calling cards in lieu of cash refunds for pay phone operators and hospitality groups.•Aggregated smaller users of Directory Assistance to access a live operator service competitive with local exchange carrier.

Full service, $14M landscape construction and commercial maintenance contractor. Established The Landscape Group in order to complete the acquisition of a landscape construction, maintenance, and nursery business in the San Fernando Valley, California.•Led acquisition of 2 other related businesses in first 2 years, using Union Bank and an Investment Banker partner.•Tripled maintenance revenue in first 3 years, and expanded business into Orange and Riverside Counties.
