I lead a team of internal business development professionals who educate financial advisors on the products, best practices, and technology available to better serve clients and support their businesses. Our team uses a consultative approach to understand the goals of our advisors, and then identify the people, processes, and tools necessary to achieve those goals. Before my current role, I was a consultant in which he educated approximately 600 Financial Advisors and Field Leaders on Wells Fargo Advisor’s Best Practices, designed to help provide superior client service and develop their practice. I then became a team leader responsible for coaching a number of consultants and coordinating partnerships between the team and other areas that specialize in educating and supporting Financial Advisors. I was also a Securities Operations Specialist in which he helped Financial Advisors and their partners open and service Advisory relationships, eventually specializing in the Separate Managed Programs.I am a member of the B/AA ERN, and an ally of the Women’s ERN. In the recent past, I served on the Home Office Recruiting and Retention committee of the Wells Fargo Advisors Black/African- American Initiative, committee of the Wells Fargo Advisors College Cohort Program, as a tutor at the Matthews Dickey Boys and Girls Club, and as a docent for the Missouri Botanical Garden’s Earthways Home.
