With over twenty-five years of entrepreneurship, I developed a targeted program (direct mail, Email, and telephone follow-up) for a Technical Training school to promote certification and training for Dental Assistants. I created a direct mail piece; the Email copy; and wrote the script for the telephone follow-up. It generated a 75+% response rate and three full training classes within the first two weeks of the mail out. I created and implemented a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for four restaurants. The program included brand building, public relations, and community-related promotional events. As well as off-site catering as a new revenue stream.
