About David Whorton

Whorton Insurance has been in busienss for 40+ years and is one of the founding members of Combined Agents of American. We are the 7th largest Agency in the Country representing over $700 million in written premium. I graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. Degree in Management. I work side-by-side with owners and board members in the fields of mechanical and plumbing contractors, restaurants, property managers, manufacturers, HOA, and high rise condominiums. I operate in Austin, Texas as well as Los Angeles, California. My work in Los Angeles has also made possible my being asked to serve on the Insurance Advisory Board for the City of Hope, an independent biomedical research, treatment and education center dedicated to preventing and curing cancer and other life-threatening diseases. It has been my honor to sit on the Advisory Board as we continue to work diligently to raise money and awareness for our organization and its invaluable work.
