DWV is a think tank that converts ideas into reality, creates the fuel to propel a company to the next level, and develops “what’s next” strategies.

Created products and patents for unique line of audio speakers targeting the commercial market (restaurants, retail stores, airports, theme parks, etc.). Spun SoundTube out of DWV in order to grow the company as a separate entity. Grew SoundTube fast thanks to high level customers such as The GAP, Old Navy, Starbucks and others. David created and directed developments in product technology, product design and engineering, manufacturing, marketing, branding and international relations.

Time's Engineer of the Century, Paul MacCready, recruited David to work on a special vehicle project after learning about David's work on human powered vehicles during the Human Power World Speed Championships. MacCready met David at an MIT lecture and immediately asked David to come to California to work on a three month project before David founded DWV.
