With a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership & Quality, I have earned this recognition through experience, dedication, hard work and advanced educational achievements. I have over 25 years of experience in the Quality Assurance & Engineering field within various manufacturing sectors. A large portion of the time was spent in a leadership role in the automotive tier-1 sector. Additionally, early in my career, I gained several years of experience working directly on the shop floor of manufacturing facilities gaining valuable experience from the ground floor up and moving ahead to achieve personal & professional success through education & professional certification. Within the past several years, I was responsible for quality initiatives at global factories for John Deere large agriculture harvesting equipment working in China, Turkey, Israel and various locations throughout the US. Previously I was directly involved with the development and launch of high output marine drive & propulsion system engines working with critical strategic suppliers in various types of complex component sub-assemblies and commodities for Mercury Marine. Prior to that I worked for many years in the highly competitive automotive industry. I have earned many certifications through the American Society for Quality. Additionally I was an Adjunct Professor in the Master's Degree program of which I graduated at Marian University. I have received awards from ASQ and charitable organizations that I have worked for, and was the President of my local Toastmasters club, and continue to be very active in ASQ. Within my most recent leadership role at Myotek, I led the teams in the process of re-certification of AS9100D, and later the successful certification to IATF:16949, and most recently ISO14001. Additionally I maintained customer specific requirements for leading automotive & commercial customer audit, performance and delivery metrics. I was responsible for hiring appropriate quality professionals, and keeping the entire plant focused on achieving company & industry requirements.Now, I am supporting excellent client companies with a wide variety of improvement activities within manufacturing and am looking forward to helping you and your organization.

Quality Assurance Manager
I am responsible for all aspects of the Quality Management System which is best in class of the Myotek divisions. Originally we became re-certified to AS9100D producing electronics and industrial equipment assembly and component manufacturer. My initial responsibilities included achieving recertification to AS9100. Quality Assurance Manager
Quality system leadership role for well respected highly successful tier one automotive supplier of cast metal aluminum precision machined chassis structure components for the leading original equipment manufacturers of the automotive industry. Our location and operation was the corporate champion in best practices and customer satisfaction. We are the industry leading integrated resource for precision components maintaining world class quality products. My responsibilities included managing all quality engineering and process control activities as well as being a member of the leadership staff. These activities, which can sometimes change on a dime, were focused on product and process controls and understanding and adhearing to customer specific requirements. As the leadership guide to all external customer quality audits, I had first hand knowledge and responsibility for ensuring that our day to day operations continued to perform to and exceed expectations. Hosting customer supplier quality audits and performance validation activity was only a small portion of the responsibility. Working daily as a member of the leadership staff over 800 plus employees can create challenges of unknown origin, yet our experience and expertise stepped up to the challenge every time. We maintained excellent customer scorecard results and employee satisfaction and retention while meeting critical budgetary and profit expectations. Global Project Quality Engineer
My direct responsibilities included quality process verification & control activity for multiple global locations on all aspects of the John Deere Quality & Production System requirements, (JDQPS) including launch support and production part approval, supplier process & product development, internal process development & capability analysis including quality function deployment, first pass yield, collecting and analyzing defects per unit, product quality concern resolution and developing permanent corrective action. These highly complex responsibilities included all levels of FMEA activity (Process, System and Design), Control Plan development & implementation, full launch support which included product verification & validation, warranty analysis and resolution, process improvement through lean six sigma activity, kaizen events, kanban development, supply chain integration, and so much more. Everyone knows who John Deere & Company is and their brand loyality and recognition which is second to none. This is achieved by dedicated quality and engineering professionals who know everything there is to know about the product and customer and strive to continuously improve all of these processes and products. I traveled to and worked in multiple world wide locations but the majority of my focus was on the highly complex agriculture equipment such as cotton harvester machines, built mostly in Jiamusi China and Des Moines, IA. We collaborated on best practices with the construction & forestry division as well as Waterloo Engine works. Additionally while working at JDDMW (Des Moines Works) I was an activite participant in the Safety Wellness Committee and achieved a leadership role in our local Toastmasters club as President.

I was hired into a leadership role on management staff of this leading contract manufacturing firm that has shown continuous year over year profit and growth. An employee owned company that continues to gain market share, my position was the overall leader of the quality assurance & engineering organization covering a wide range of products and at multiple facilities. All aspects of the quality function were within my responsibility in this extremely complex manufacturing organization. MEC is responsible for highly diverse metal fabrication, welded and painted very large assemblies for equipment manufacturers such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Oshkosh Corporation, Harley Davidson and many others. My position covered all aspects of the top leadership position in quality assurance and engineering of this 8 factory Wisconsin corporation, which later doubled in size to 16 midwest facilities. I was responsible for leading all aspects of the quality management system development & maintenance as well as customer specific requirements and satisfaction. I developed and implemented a solid supplier quality evaluation and scoring system which provided the organization with a documented method to evaluate and focus on supplier activity and improvement. This role reported to the VP of Operations and was a direct member of the leadership staff.

I was responsible for design review and supplier development activity for complex high output marine drive & propulsion engine critical components. Mercury Marine builds the most technologically advanced, fuel efficient, cost effective and reliable engines in the world. My responsibilities took me from design concept to boat endurance testing with responsibility for the supplied component integration and approval activity. This included frequent travel to locations all over the world and provided me the opportunity to train suppliers and problem solve issues in a vast array of processes. My latest focus was within the Electrical, Fuel and Air commodity of the engine development and manufacturing business from a supply base standpoint. My experience had been over a multitude of parts, processes and commodities which involved many six sigma improvement processes at the supplier factory locations. I also was responsible for representing those suppliers during development or quality concerns to help resolve issues and improve their parts and processes. While in this position I learned many outstanding techniques and helped share those experiences with my assigned suppliers in order to improve the overall performance of our product, the best engines made in the world! During my time in this position I also executed several six sigma projects and ultimately became a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through ASQ. (American Society for Quality) Also during this time, I successfully achieved a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership & Quality, I led or contributed to a major project in the Fond du Lac Leadership program, and held all leadership positions on the board of the local ASQ Chapter. (Winnebago Section 1206) Mercury Marine & Brunswick Corporation are the leaders in the world in their segment and I am very proud to say that I was an active participant in their success during my time in their employment.
