I am a skilled, professional facilitator, with a focus on helping people to achieve more together – to think bigger, discuss deeply and to work smarter. Extensive training and development with some of the best facilitators has helped me shape an approach to designing and delivering workshops that are fun, energising and creative. I work collaboratively with groups to understand their context and the outcomes they are looking for. The focus is always then on creating a process that will engage and inspire as well as funnelling ideas into tangible outputs. 10 years ago, I started Wild Thinking - a facilitation company built around a diverse team of experienced facilitators. We work with a wide range of organisations including National Parks, major charities, local authorities and multinational corporations. My experience includes facilitating at all levels from front line staff groups to senior leadership teams and large multi-stakeholder groups.Facilitation StyleEnergised and engaging.
