Worked to provide high grade CCTV solutions to a variety of end users. We offered specialised services to local housing and public sector clients as well as a large client base in the retail and industrial sectors. My responsibility was in the design, installation, commissioning and problem analysis of multi-site networked CCTV installations using both analog and IP technology running over wired and wireless networks, transmitted via the internet or bespoke microwave links.

In addition to providing onsite support to clients I provide internal support for all Accent IT users in all aspects of technology within the business from first line support through disaster recovery and logistic planning. I have responsibility for the upkeep of the Accent vehicle fleet and all aspects of managing the companies’ facilities requirements.

I worked in a mission critical data centre environment. Our brief was to offer high levels of performance and 100% uptime for our clients working on a variety of platforms from proprietary mainframe systems (OS2200/A series) through Unix, Windows, OS x, OS/2 and Linux. I was responsible for ensuring backups, maintenance and batch processing was completed on time every time.
