CurrentProvide high volume recruitment services. Utilize variety of resources and outsourcing techniques to fulfill client requisitions. Successfully manage Client 1, client 2, client 3 and other industry accounts and provide recruitment for contract and direct hire placements in the IT, Engineering, Creative, Finance, Marketing and Professional Labor Categories. Develop customized candidate searches and skill testing. Create job descriptions, evaluate resumes, conduct phone and in-person phone screenings to determine candidate qualifications and overall fit for client environment. Work closely with HR, Procurement and Group Leads to present candidates and assist with full recruitment cycle from initial screening to orientation.
