Eagle Test Acquired By Teradyne 11/08.Reporting to the General Manager of the Business Unit, I am responsible to grow the presence and market share of the entire ETS product line within new and existing customers. This includes assessing the marketing and sales opportunities in target markets, and working with the sales, applications, and service force to create a winning strategy. This often requires presentations direct to customers to demonstrate the advantages of the ETS product line.During this time, I have successfully introduced multiple products that have added more than 35% to the revenue of the division. Additional responsibilities include working directly with customers to evaluate possible new business and technical needs for future development. This includes evaluating the business case of a new opportunity and presenting this to the senior management of Teradyne.

Responsible for developing ideas with customers, defining the business case, leading the engineering and supporting the initial role out of the product.

Responsible for the worldwide Applications Engineering team at Eagle Test Systems. This role included managing 50+ employees, as well as all projects. Interacted directly with customers on project development and progress.

As a member of the Customer Service management staff, I overlooked and developed the test systems that supported the engineering associate staff. Designed and prioritized projects for the entire Test Engineering department. Debugged and documented hardware escalations from customers to continually increase product reliability.

Developed a parametric test system utilizing an HP4062 to test production and engineering wafer samples. Analyzed resulting data for systematic and random defects. Developed numerous programs to automate data analysis, and to reduce engineering intervention into everyday tasks.
