PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Managed the logistics support of three complex theater-level exercises, African Lion 2022 in Tunisia, African Lion 2023 in Ghana and Senegal, and African Lion 2024 in Ghana. Serves as the lead logistics planner for collaboration and cooperation with international logistics in support of SETAF-AF exercises in Africa. Management includes: planning, coordinating and managing the execution for the Combined/Joint Task Force Field Training Exercises (FTX) and Command Post Exercises (CPXs). Responsible for long-range planning, leading all logistics syndicate working groups in the Joint Exercise Life Cycle; and for gathering input from the participating units, directorate lead planners and partner nations on the scope, design, conditions, objectives, requirements and capabilities in order to provide supply functions, transportation and field service support. Coordinates the collection of all logistics requirements and cross references feasibility and sustainability with the appropriate US and international agency to determine the best mode of procurement. Develops long-range goals and objectives for participating units to follow, establishing deadlines taking into account known and future requirements and contingency planning. Also sets logistics priorities and deadlines weekly in the G4 Exercise working group, ensuring changes and updates to the planning team are communicated. MULTI-NATIONAL PROCUREMENT: Integrates logistics functions which encompass planning, coordinating, and providing logistics support to operations in support of U.S. national military strategy and regional contingency requirements. Manages and coordinates all multi-national logistics support with a multitude of acquisitions to include Contracting and Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreements, and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

Served as the senior enlisted advisor for Plans, Engagements, Programs, and Policies (PEPP) Division of the logistics directorate for Southern Europe Task Force Africa; responsible for the welfare, training, and operational readiness of 11 soldiers and 11 civilians; administered the organization’s task tracker to ensure completion of tasks and projects remained on schedule.

Served as the supervisor for support operations section in direct support of an airborne brigade; responsible for planning and coordinating brigade logistics consisting of food, water, fuel, fortification materials, ammunition, major end items, medical supplies, and repair parts; responsible for the readiness and professional development of 20 soldiers.

SCOPE OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Served as a First Sergeant in a Forward Support Company in direct support of an airborne engineer battalion. Responsible for the professional development and mentorship of 37 non-commissioned officers, 52 Paratroopers, and three platoon leadership teams. Supervised and maintained all personnel administrative information, training records, daily readiness reports, medical readiness, and military school enrollments. TRAINING OPERATIONS: Successfully led 95 Paratrooper through a Joint Operations Access Exercise and a Joint Readiness Training Center rotation. Served as a jumpmaster for six airborne operations, ensuring the safety of over 350 Paratroopers. Re-energized a non-existent weapons training program, bringing the number of personnel qualified on their assigned weapons from 30% to 90% in three months. Oversaw the Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Program. Conducted training and ensured proficiency in small unit collective skills that support the company’s mission essential task list. ADMINISTRATIVE AND LOGISTICS OPERATIONS: Assisted in planning, rehearsing, and supervising key logistics actions in support of mission readiness. Increased the operational readiness rate of equipment from 79% to 93%, ensuring equipment was ready to deploy and sustain the battalion. Worked alongside maneuver First Sergeants to ensure that all sustainment needs were met in garrison and training environments. Maintained the foundation for company discipline and advised the commander on all enlisted matters. Oversaw supply requisition tracking and monitored personnel status reports.
