Digital advertising business selling advertisments at San Jose venues including the San Jose Convention Center. Primary responsibilities included sales, marketing, direct marketing, negotion, satisfying customer needs. Technical skills included computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, network administration and the writing of software for content management and distribution.

Development of a prototype soft X-ray laser for EUV (13.5nm) microlithography applications. Set-up a laboratory and low energy beamline as part of the development of a compton scattering system. Conducted high energy experiments at the beamline at the Naval Postgraduate School linear accelerator in Monterey. Managed an international team of PhD scientists and also performed much of the hands-on work. Lectured course "Instrumentation for Optics" to MSc/PhD students. This was mandatory for the optics Masters course. Prepared course materials, examinations and laboratory experiments.During this time I worked as part of a European consortium investigating new nonlinear optical materials for switching applications.
