I volunteered to lead the initial brand building stages for this exciting start up company based on the interpersonal and communication skills which I developed from my previous roles with Verve and Saks Off 5th. I used this experience to secure interviews on national radio with the founder of Ark, and also analysed data on existing customers to establish trends and help us expand and grow our online sales.

As a member of the promotional staff with Verve marketing, my primary role was to engage with our client's target market and to generate an understanding of their views and opinions towards the clients products and services.I summarised and presented the key findings back to the client, which assisted them with future business decisions.

Worked closely with customers of this high end store to understand their needs, assist them with purchasing decisions and encouraging trade up and across a wide variety of clothing and accessories.
