A successful Director of Business Development, working alongside a committed team of fellow Directors, Operational Managers, staff and volunteers to bring last change to children, young people and families across Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire.In my current role, I have worked as part of a dedicated leadership team, increasing the scale and reach of our services and growing into new fields of work which fit our mission and values.I love what I do because I can see first hand the positive impact this has on the communities our organisation services.I am a strong leader with significant management experience, and through strategic Business Development I have helped our organisation to grow and expand. I have also previously worked within the NHS and I am also an elected Councillor as I want to help transform and improve communities.
