As well as this I have built a network of contacts in the advertising creative community as Creative Manager. Recruiting fulltime and freelance talent along side the Chief Creative Officer and Executive Creative Directors while also allocating and managing the workload of a frenetic, 40-50 strong Creative and Design Department. At JWT I was Senior Project Manager on Diageo’s Smirnoff brands. I worked closely with theGlobal Creative Director and managed global briefs principally between JWT London, Brazil andNew York.
