And what really gets to them is the ‘cross your fingers’ approach to marketing new services, with the expectations of good results not being met.Clients that call us in, tend to have growing sales but not at a pace to achieve their goals/Clients that call us in have everything in place for their enterprise apart from expressing their vision.They do have regular marketing although leads and margin could be better. They work with a valuable brand but no way of anchoring objectives and ROI to it.Being the principle of the business they really know their business but wonder if it is seen in its best light externally/They have a great proposition but are struggling to find a way of making sense of it for customers.The way we work with clients does not suit everyone, where we have found a fit client businesses have experienced a doubling of enquiries, in one instance a 75% increase in conversion rates and in another a significant increase in income for a charity.I've been developing Glued since 2003 having worked in a number of businesses in the marketing industry. I believe that communication and design can have a positive impact on the success of organisations not just for customers but staff. I have been responsible for developing the creative output of Glued. I led Glued to become a Design Business Association member in 2014. I share the belief of the DBA that design can have a major impact on the success of organisation.I am currently taking part on a Management training programme.
