Responsible for manufacturing management and managing day-to-day business operations of the company, driving product revenue from $0.5M to $5M in four years and positioning company for a $23M acquisition. Developed 7,000 sq ft clean manufacturing facility, built team, and implemented Demand Flow Technology for lean manufacturing of infrared spectrometers and related systems for gas and semiconductor wafer analysis.

Developed information-bus concept for client/server model and developed strategic partnerships with key suppliers of complementary technology. Technical marketing and product manager for Advanced Planning and Scheduling software products, including product definition, liaison with engineering, strategic partners, and marketing. Collaborated with support engineers worldwide (Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom, & U.S.)

Responsible for product development and department management. Released 8 products for process planning and cost estimating using C & ORACLE. Introduced structured analysis and design tools.

Technical responsibility for Bio-electronics product line including instrumentation and software development. Wrote training software for Dallas Cowboys. Did biomechanics testing for US Olympic Training Center.
