For over twenty years served as Chairman and CEO of an Engineering/Architectural Firm with a staff that included 130 professionals. Have also served as a Calpine Senior Vice President with overall responsibility for the CPower and WRMS Engineering business units. Responsibilities included on-site generation power plant development, strategic planning, product and new technologies development, and financial performance. While at Hewlett Packard served as Worldwide Director for Data Center Facilities and spent years overseas establishing HP’s consulting and engineering practice in South East Asia and China. CEO and Chairman: Was responsible for all aspects of a multi-discipline 130 person A&E firm. Concentration on mission critical facilities that included telephony and data centers.

Senior Vice President responsible for operation of two business units; C-Power and WRMS Engineering. Reported to the Calpine Chairman and Vice Chairman. Developed mission critical on-site co-generation facilities ranging from 200kW to 160MW. Also developed large data center projects that included the launch of Endur. Endur was a 1M+ SF development data center campus. Continued to develop intellectual property associated with on-site combined cycle co-generation.
