David Collins brings more than two decades of experience to his role as President and Chief Operating Officer for Store Space Self Storage, a top-20 storage operation that has built more than $1 billion in transactional volume in the first 5 years.A data-driven, strategic-minded executive, Mr. Collins oversees the company’s daily operations as well as the implementation of the company’s strategic vision to grow its footprint and increase value for investors.Mr. Collins is an experienced executive and digital marketer who joined Store Space in 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, his achievements included overseeing or materially influencing the launch of the company’s new website, property management system, and Speed-e-Rent, the platform’s e-sign technology.Mr. Collins had formerly been with Public Storage since 2007; from Director of Interactive Marketing to his last role as Vice President, Head of Marketing. His initiatives included the creation and deployment of their mobile website, eRental platform and mobile app, among others.
