Responsibilities include:The safe operation of Corporate Jet Aircraft for High Net Worth individuals and Industrial Entities including recruiting air crew, organising structures, establishing procedures to ensure legal compliance within the operation. The appointment and monitoring of aircraft and Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Organisations’ (CAMO), ensuring full compliance and forward planning to minimise any ground time for the aircraft. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:• 16,000 hours of flying time, worldwide, with no accidents or incidents• Successfully recruiting and managing freelance pilots, as well as ensuring compliance with Standard Operation Procedures and operations manuals• Specifying the correct aircraft type and sourcing a suitably equipped aircraft that complies with all legislative and navigational requirements, for today’s air traffic control and with consideration of future requirements
