As General Manager of the QLD business, I am responsible for leading the highly skilled professionals across the Brisbane office to enable us to deliver high quality products and services for our investors and customers. My role is to drive and deliver the strategy for the business to ensure best outcomes for Centuria's customers, people, and shareholders. The QLD portfolio includes two listed ASX vehicles; COF (Office REIT) and CIP (Industrial REIT) as well as CDPF (Diversified Property Fund) and unlisted SPV assets containing mostly office buildings, Centuria Healthcare Property Fund, and Large Format Retail. I have obtained extensive experience in Property and Asset Management in senior leadership roles and have had widespread exposure to both the Sydney and Brisbane real estate markets with dealings in commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing transactions as well as asset and portfolio management. Having joined Centuria after delivering in senior and director positions with CBRE, Colliers, Chesterton International & JLL, I have gained a thorough understanding of the intricacies around real estate transactions with High Net Worth Private clients, Institutions, Funds and also the Government domain and the stringent process and policy requirements therein. I am committed to meeting the requirements of clients faced with property related challenges in an ever-changing economic environment. With market knowledge and trusted contacts locally and worldwide, I aim to provide a platform for the development of successful real estate strategies and delivery of detailed asset plans. Through my experience I have developed the knowledge and tools to be able to competently manage and transact in property throughout the entire asset life cycle and delivers what matters most—increased asset value, quality service and management expertise in commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality property.
