Identifies the most promising products and markets for Sioux and proactively coordinates all key company activities to develop profitable sales in the region. Is highly knowledgeable in the marketing and application of Sioux products, services and capabilities. Develops and implements plans and activities to meet annual regional gross margin goals, including distributor management, sales prospecting, product promotion, etc., working with distributors, direct accounts, consulting engineers, national accounts, and other organizations to identify and develop new opportunities and markets to provide sustainable and profitable sales growth.
