If one team member underperforms, team performance diminishes exponentially. Rowing taught me perseverance, team dynamics, performance coaching as well as the critical role of communications and accountability to ensure aligned mission and actions of a team.Philip Kottler once said …marketing is exploring, creating and delivering solutions to solve needs. I love this aspect of a business. These efforts span the disciplines of market research, product management, product marketing, corporate marketing, customer experience, and sales.
