Graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln studying Business Management .Through my past work experience I have had countless opportunities to interact with customers where I truly enjoyed building positive relationships, and adding value to their experience. This experience resembles the core of who I am, and aim to be a positive leader whether working with teams, empowering customers by building solutions, or influencing people in the right way. I am currently a Level III certified Instructor with Mental Management Systems, Level IV NTS coach with USA Archery. I personally have studied and learned under many great coaches that it is a natural progression of mine to give back to the sport in the form of coaching as well. There is a great need for mental trainers as well as technical coaches, and I look to be the complete package for the individuals I work with to help them set big goals and strive for mental and technical consistency and grow beyond just accomplishment but to attainment. [Formerly, tried out for United States Olympic team and trained full-time at Olympic Training Center. This set a high bar in the direction for a tireless work ethic, attention to detail, team camaraderie, performance under pressure, performance management and numerous intangible skills that go along with one who aspires to be an Olympian.]
