David is the Founder and CEO of Wolf Development Strategies, a specialized developer services firm, providing full-service marketing and sales executions and best-in-class strategic advisory services, including: research, feasibility analysis, and programming, for residential developments nationwide. David brings deep expertise in every facet of residential real estate and multifamily development to his role as the leader of WDS, where he works hand-in-hand with developers to implement high-performance strategies that exceed their goals. Previously, David served a dual role at Related Midwest, as president of both Related Realty (which he co-founded), the company's first-ever full service residential brokerage and Related Midwest Sales, the exclusive development sales and marketing arm for all Related Midwest's developments. David is a seasoned leader who understands the importance of creating and executing innovative, needs-based sales and marketing campaigns. He is respected for his ability to lead teams, manage comprehensive efforts and develop astute strategies that deliver superior results.David continues to maintain his membership with the Chicago Association of Realtors® and is involved with several charitable agencies, including Off the Street Club, Chicago's oldest boys and girls club. David is a member of YPO - Young Presidents Organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and marketing from Miami University in Ohio.
