Recently I decided to leverage my 30+ years experience as a successful entrepreneur and business coach to become the COO of Whitman Business Advisors. I believe Whitman Business Advisors will be the pinnacle of my 30 year career of maximizing effectiveness of teams, creating strategic partnerships that makes the pie bigger for all parties and developing training and coaching programs that have a long-term impact on my clients. The reason I believe this project will change our clients’ world is my strong and collaborative relationship I share with Phil Whitman. To solve this problem I developed The Micro Niche Method which allows leaders to communicate their value and differentiate themselves and create perceived expertise in the marketplace. This makes them more referrable and more effective at business development which leads to much more success and happiness because they get to focus on what they do best.

As founder of The Practice Building Team I helped successful professional services practices accelerate their growth by offering a broader range of services or products to current clients and building from the outside by attracting and winning the right new clients. Successes include growing a financial advisory practice from 2 to 6 employees and improving the operations of a commercial builder that allowed them to sustainably kick-off a ten-year growth trajectory.

Action Fast Print was a second-generation family business, recognized by NJBIZ as the second largest quick-printer in the State. I was also recognized by Fortune Small Business as a "Boss of the Year" finalist. Successfully sold business and transitioned to new ownership.
