Set the right environment and right behavioural culture, cascading and embracing our corporate ways of working to our hotel levels and to produce business results. Engage employees by constantly reviewing the compensation & benefits are competitive, ensuring hotel are utilising the available training and elearning tools, systems and courses. . This position is based in hotel i.e. Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong. Oversees 11 opened hotels within Hong, Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and two other Guangdong cities (Zhuhai, Daya Bay)
