I am an experienced technology leader with over 30 years’ experience ranging from strategy through to delivery. I have a strong track record for delivering complex business transformation and technology programmes. I have a deep understanding of delivering cross-channel technology solutions in complex organisations at scale, including: HMRC, Health Education England, Office of the Public Guardian, eBay, Arcadia, BT, O2, BusinessLink, TraderMedia (Autotrader).As the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer for Transform, I am responsible for leading the Transformation’s technology practice. My team architects and delivers data, digital services and experiences for clients, delivering technology transformation to both private and public sector clients.I have led the majority of Transform's complex technology builds. Examples include:- Gamstop, an organisation working with +220 online gambling operations, I led the team developing the user journey and technology solution to manage the UK’s self-exclusion system for problem gamblers from concept to live and support of service.- Building Health Education England's Trainee Information System, used to manage training of 60k trainees in the NHS.- O2, I led a portfolio of technology projects for their Agile Change programme, procurement of new core technologies and reviews of retail systems. My passion is in looking to connect technology to enhance and support business transformation and growth. As a technology pragmatist, I embrace all aspects of technology spanning infrastructure and networks to business analysis and product development.
