ERAdvisor, a web-based application, is accessible via the patient’s smartphone and leverages SMS messaging for a more streamlined, informed experience.ERAdvisor uniquely blends Electronic Health Record data, AI, and natural language processing to provide patients and their family a highly personalized, up to the minute experience based upon what is known about them. ERADvisor also helps patients easily schedule follow-up care after discharge. Vital’s ED Follow Up solution enables the health system’s patient access center to help identify patients who require follow-up and provide them with a seamless process aftertheir ER visit.
