"Your Direct Image Press Connection"Provide comprehensive sales and service to the global DI market including DI press evaluation, press installations and optimization, training, G7 calibration, certification, rigging, and transportation. Complete shop moves and press room relocations including DI, cutters, bindery, duplicator presses, and machines and equipment. Built a base of domestic and international accounts. Serve as an Authorized PSS Ryobi Dealer. Work with legacy equipment from Ryobi and Heidelberg. Perform preventative maintenance, emergency service, replacement parts, and installations. Trained and certified on Presstek 52DI, Ryobi 3404DI, and Ryobi 920 Series LED-UV offset presses. Installed and serviced Ryobi 520, 620, and 750 Series offset presses and Mimaki CJV30 Series wide format Ink Jet. Completed large projects for banking institutions and government agencies.

Played a key role in the development and launch of the Service Department at a global manufacturer of digital imaging and printing equipment, supplies, and consumables. Interfaced / collaborated with OEM’s to develop training courses, seminars, and educational materials. Delivered quarterly training programs attended by up to 500 field engineers and technicians. Contributed to rapid Service Department expansion. Recruited, hired, and trained new field engineering and repair staff with excellent staff retention. Prepared for and attended major global trade shows and industry events.

Helped launch a new product line and technology. Organized field support logistics, coordinated road shows, educated customers and the marketplace, trained field engineers and application engineers. Installed, serviced, and repaired cameras, processors, exposure systems and, vacuum frames. Researched and resolved technical system and equipment issues in the field. Served as a liaison between U.S. operations and Belgium product development team. Developed workarounds and identified potential design improvements and features for future releases. Provided comprehensive on-site and phone technical support and conducted numerous technical seminars across the country. Elected by peers to Co-Chair the Chromapress Users Group Tech Forum. Named National Service Engineer of the Year (out of 150 people eligible).
