• Project Manager & Estimator ~ One Hancock Plaza, Gulfport, MS $50,000,000 Renovation of Hancock Banks Corporate Headquarters following Hurricane Katrina. All 240,000sf of the existing 16 story building were gutted and the scope included removing and replacing all MEP systems, installing a new impact resistant window system, new GFRC cladding on the building exterior, new elevators, and multiple floor build outs.
